Our Challenges
Real estate investors and property agencies often struggle to effectively manage numerous properties concurrently. Hiring individual property managers may prove inadequate, leading to difficulties in tracking transactions, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely maintenance. This poses a significant challenge for investors who need comprehensive oversight of their property portfolios.
Our Approach
We built Zomaq as an all-in-one platform to centralize and streamline real estate operations. We focused on developing a scalable solution with modules tailored for property tracking, financial reporting, legal document management, and scheduled maintenance. The interface prioritizes ease-of-use and transparency, enabling both investors and property managers to operate more effectively while ensuring regulatory compliance. Our design philosophy emphasized modularity, automation, and role-based access to facilitate team collaboration across large portfolios.

1. Centralized Property Management: Zomaq provides a centralized platform where investors can conveniently manage all their properties in one place. Users can add and assign multiple properties to designated property managers, streamlining communication and coordination.
2. Financial Tracking and Reporting: Zomaq enables users to monitor and track all earnings and expenses associated with their properties. Through intuitive reports generated on a monthly and yearly basis, investors gain a comprehensive overview of their financial performance across all properties, enhancing decision-making capabilities.
3. Legal Document Management: Zomaq facilitates the efficient handling of legal property documents. Managers can securely store and access essential documents, ensuring compliance with government regulations. This feature enables prompt responses to government concerns and seamless communication with relevant authorities.
